Return Eligibility

Standard Returns

Must be unused and in original condition.
Must be in original packaging.
Report damage within 30 days of receipt.
Include order number and clear photos.

Refunds & Exchanges

Request refund within 14 days of purchase.
Product must be at least 50% full.
Valid only for official store purchases.
Exchanges accepted within 30 days.

Special Conditions

Multipack Returns

All items must be returned together.
Only one item may be opened (50%+ full).
Remaining items must be sealed.

BOGO Promotions

Both items must be returned.
Opened product must be at least 50% full.

Missing Item Policy

Report any missing items within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the packing slip. We will reship the item or issue store credit promptly.

Shipping & Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, return shipping fees will be deducted from your total refund amount.
