- Processing Window: Orders are processed within 24 hours.
- Daily Cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT will ship the next business day.
- Weekend Policy: Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT on Fridays will ship on Monday.
- Holidays: We do not process or deliver on public holidays.

Tracking & Delivery

Missing Item Policy
If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at sales@wholemeltextract.online with your order number and a photo of the packing slip.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we support deliveries to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses within the U.S. via USPS.
What if my package is lost?
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and allow 48 hours for carrier delays. While we are not liable for packages marked delivered, our team will assist you in resolving the concern.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer standard USPS shipping to Europe and Australia. Please note that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
